- 600 g Beef short ribs (flanken cut)
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 medium Asian pear
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 300 g Steamed rice
