Cancel a subscription bought on the Nutrola website

If you subscribed on the Nutrola website (nutrola.app), not through the App Store or Google Play, you can cancel it yourself in about a minute from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to cancel your web subscription

1. Go to nutrola.app/account and sign in with the email you used when you subscribed.
2. Scroll to Manage your subscription and tap Manage or cancel subscription. This opens a secure billing page.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. You may be asked to share a quick reason, which helps us improve.

That's it. Your subscription will not renew again, and your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, you keep Premium until the trial ends and you are not charged. How the 3-day free trial works

What if I can't sign in?

You can also manage your web subscription directly through our payment provider. Go to billing.stripe.com/p/login/28E9AM8s3df9eoS1eKgMw00, enter the email you subscribed with, and Stripe will email you a secure login code. From there you can cancel, update your payment method, or view your invoices. This route works even if you have already deleted your Nutrola account.

If neither route works, email us at support@nutrola.app from the address you subscribed with and we will take care of it.

How the charge appears on your statement

Web payments are processed by Stripe, so charges from Nutrola show up on your bank statement as LINK.COM NUTROLA*, in your local currency. I was charged after cancelling

Cancelling is not a refund

Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not return money already charged. If you believe a charge was a mistake, see How refunds work. And if you plan to delete your account, cancel first, since the account page sign-in is the easiest way to reach your subscription. Delete your account and all data
