My data isn't syncing

Your Nutrola meals, profile, goals, weight, and streaks are saved to Nutrola's servers, so they should appear on any device where you're signed in to the same account. Sync happens in the background and isn't always instant, so if something looks out of date, the steps below will usually refresh it.

Why does my data look out of date?

New entries are saved on your device first and then written to Nutrola's servers, where they're picked up the next time the app fetches your data. This is a background process, not guaranteed real-time mirroring, so a short delay (especially right after you log a meal) is normal. A weak or dropped connection can also leave a change waiting to upload.

How do I fix it?

  1. Check your internet connection. Syncing needs a stable connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then reopen the app.
  2. Confirm you're signed in to the right account. Open the Profile/Settings tab and make sure you're logged in with the same Apple, Google, or email account you normally use. Signing in to a different account will show different data Trouble signing in.
  3. Force-close and reopen Nutrola. Swipe it away from your recent apps, then open it again so it refreshes from the server.
  4. Give it a moment and retry. Brief background delays are normal right after logging, so wait a little and check again.
  5. Restart your device if data still hasn't updated.

I'm on a new device and my data is missing

Your data isn't lost. Sign in with the same Apple, Google, or email account you used before, and your meals, goals, and history restore from the server. See Restore your data on a new device for the full steps.

My premium looks missing after signing in
