  • 500 g Farmer's cheese or quark
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 40 g Raisins

Anleitung

    Beat cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.

    Mix in vanilla, flour, lemon zest. Fold in raisins.

    Pour into a buttered and floured pan.

    Bake at 170°C for 45-50 min until set with slight wobble.

    Cool completely in oven with door cracked. Serve chilled.
