How to switch between Light and Dark mode

Nutrola has both a Light and a Dark theme. To switch, open the Profile tab, tap Appearance under the Preferences section, and choose Light or Dark. The change applies right away. Nutrola does not have a "System" or "Automatic" option, so it will not follow your phone's appearance setting; you choose the theme yourself, and new accounts start in Light.

Where is the Appearance setting?

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Under the Preferences section, tap Appearance.
3. A sheet opens with two choices: Light and Dark.
4. Tap the one you want. A checkmark shows your current choice, the sheet closes, and the app switches immediately.

The same steps work on both iOS and Android.

Does Nutrola follow my phone's system (dark) setting?

No. Nutrola only offers Light and Dark as explicit choices. There is no "System" or "Automatic" mode, so turning on system-wide dark mode on your phone will not change Nutrola on its own. If you want Dark mode in Nutrola, set it in Profile > Preferences > Appearance.

What is the default theme?

A new account starts in Light mode. Once you pick Light or Dark, Nutrola remembers your choice for next time, so you only need to set it once unless you want to change it again.
