I was charged after cancelling

Last updated 2026. június 28.

Nutrola subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Nutrola, so a charge after you cancelled is almost always explainable. The most common reasons are that the plan renewed before you cancelled, the charge covers a period you already started, or a different account or payment method is the one subscribed. Here's how to check and what to do.

Why was I charged after cancelling?

  • You cancelled after the plan renewed. Cancelling stops the next renewal, it does not refund the current period. If the renewal already went through before you cancelled, that charge stands and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
  • The charge is for a period you already started. Apple and Google bill at the start of each billing cycle, so the charge you see may be for the cycle that just began.
  • A different account is subscribed. You may be signed into one Apple Account or Google account on your device while the subscription lives on another account (for example, a family member's). Premium is locked even though I subscribed (account mismatch)
  • A shared payment method. If you share a payment method with family or use Ask to Buy, a Nutrola charge can appear on a family member's payment method even though the subscription itself is tied to one account.

How do I check the charge?

iPhone / iPad (App Store):

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find Nutrola and check its status and the renewal or expiration date.

Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Find Nutrola and check its status and dates.

The exact menu wording can vary a little by your device's OS version. The status will tell you whether the subscription is still active (and through which date) or already cancelled. View or change your plan

What if it really was a mistaken or unwanted charge?

Refunds for subscriptions are handled entirely by the store, not by Nutrola, and approval is at Apple's or Google's discretion. Nutrola cannot issue store refunds or reverse a charge for you, but the store can. Request a refund directly from the store that billed you. If you wanted to stop future charges and aren't sure your cancellation went through, follow the cancellation steps for your store and confirm the status shows as cancelled. Cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad Cancel your subscription on Android
