Trouble signing in
Last updated 27 giugno 2026
Most Nutrola sign-in problems come from using a different login method than the one you originally signed up with. Nutrola offers Sign In with Apple, Sign In with Google, and email (a 6-digit code sent to your inbox), and these are treated as separate logins. Tap the same option you used before, confirm your connection, and your data syncs automatically.
Use the same method you signed up with
On the sign-in screen ("Welcome back!") you may see up to three options, depending on your device:
- Sign In with Email (available on all devices)
- Sign In with Apple (shown on iPhone and iPad only)
- Sign In with Google (availability depends on your device, it is shown when Google sign-in is set up for your platform)
These are treated as separate logins, so always choose the same one you used to create your account. If you signed up with Apple but try to sign in with email, Nutrola will not find your account.
Email sign-in (6-digit code)
- Tap Sign In with Email and enter the email tied to your account.
- Nutrola sends a 6-digit code to that inbox. Open the screen that says "Enter the 6-digit code sent to" your address and type the code into the six boxes. It verifies automatically once all six digits are entered.
- If the code does not arrive right away, wait a moment and check your spam or junk folder.
- If you see "Hmm..." with the message that the code does not seem right, the entry is cleared so you can re-type it carefully.
Email sign-in only works for an account that already exists. If you enter an email that has never completed sign-up, Nutrola shows "Account Not Found" ("No account exists with this email address. Please sign up first to create an account."). In that case, finish creating your account first "Account not found" when signing in with your email code.
Sign In with Apple
Make sure your device is signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you created your Nutrola account. A different Apple ID will not match your account. If no Nutrola account exists for that Apple ID, you will see "Account Not Found" ("No account exists with this Apple ID."), and Nutrola will guide you into onboarding to set one up.
Sign In with Google
Use the same Google account you originally signed up with. If no Nutrola account exists for that Google account, you will see "Account Not Found" ("No account exists with this Google account."), and Nutrola will take you to onboarding to create one.
Still not working?
- Check your internet connection and try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular.
- Close the app fully and reopen it, then try again Nutrola won't open or keeps crashing.
- If signing in still fails, you can delete and reinstall Nutrola, then sign in again with your original method. Your information stays in the cloud and syncs back on sign-in Restore your data on a new device.
If you sign in successfully but Nutrola asks you to go through onboarding again, that is a separate situation Signed in with Apple/Google but asked to set up again. If you want to switch the email on your account, see How your email and account identity work.
