Delete a logged workout by swiping its card or using the trash icon; fix a weigh-in or body-fat entry by re-logging that day.

How do I record a weigh-in and view my weight history in Nutrola?

Open Nutrola's Weigh-in screen, type your weight in kg or lbs, tap Save Weight, then open Weight History to see every entry over time.

How to track water intake

Set a daily water goal on Nutrola's Home Water card, then log glasses with one tap using the Glass, Bottle, and Large quick-add buttons.

Importing workouts from Apple Health

On iOS with Apple Health connected, Nutrola automatically imports your recent HealthKit and Apple Watch workouts into your exercise log.

Logging exercise and calories burned

Open Log Exercise to describe a workout by voice or text, pick an activity with intensity and duration, or enter calories burned directly.

Setting up intermittent fasting

Open the Intermittent fasting card in Nutrola, set when you start and stop eating, pick a plan from 12:12 to 20:4, then tap Start fast.

Tracking body fat percentage

Open the Body Fat Percentage card on the Progress tab, pick a value from 3.0% to 60.0%, and save it to your body-fat history.
