  • 250 g Chicken thighs
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 2 small Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
