- 200 g Egg noodles
- 250 g Chicken thighs
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Red curry paste
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 medium Lime
- 2 small Shallots
- 2 tbsp Cilantro

Fry curry paste and curry powder in coconut cream for 2 minutes.
