材料

  • 6 sheets Rice paper
  • 60 g Glass noodles
  • 1 small Carrots
  • 60 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce

作り方

    Cook glass noodles, drain and chop. Sauté mushrooms and carrots.

    Mix filling with soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Soften rice paper. Add filling and roll tightly.
