  • 400 g Baby potatoes
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder

作り方

    Boil baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.

    Smash each potato with a fork. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder.
