- 300 g Ground chicken
- 20 leaves Thai holy basil
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 3 small Thai chilies
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 200 g Steamed rice
作り方

Pound garlic and chilies in a mortar.

Stir-fry garlic-chili paste in hot oil. Add chicken, break apart.

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar. Cook 3 min.

Tear in basil leaves, stir off heat.
