- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 3 cloves Garlic
