  • 600 g Lamb shoulder
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 large Onions
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 3 tbsp Ghee

    Brown cubed lamb in ghee. Set aside.
