  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 30 pieces Gyoza wrappers
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

作り方

    Finely chop cabbage and green onion. Mix with pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

    Place filling in wrapper, fold and pleat shut.

    Pan-fry in oil for 2 min until golden. Add water, cover, steam 5 min.

    Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
