- 250 g Chicken breast
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Green curry paste
- 100 g Bamboo shoots
- 10 leaves Thai basil
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 200 g Jasmine rice
作り方

Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

Heat a splash of coconut milk in a wok. Fry curry paste for 2 minutes.

Add sliced chicken and cook for 4 minutes.

Pour in remaining coconut milk and bamboo shoots. Simmer 10 minutes.

Season with fish sauce and brown sugar.

Stir in Thai basil and serve over jasmine rice.
