- 100 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Chinese sausage
- 2 large Eggs
- 80 g Bean sprouts
- 30 g Chives
- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili paste
- 2 tbsp Lard or oil

Heat wok screaming hot. Add lard.

Stir-fry shrimp and sliced sausage.
