- 250 g Large shrimp
- 60 g Flour
- 20 g Cornstarch
- 1 large Egg
- 100 ml Ice water
- 400 ml Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Ponzu sauce
- 2 tbsp Grated daikon
作り方

Peel and devein shrimp, leave tails.

Mix flour, cornstarch, egg, and ice water (keep lumpy!).
