  • 250 g Large shrimp
  • 60 g Flour
  • 20 g Cornstarch
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 ml Ice water
  • 400 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Ponzu sauce
  • 2 tbsp Grated daikon

    Peel and devein shrimp, leave tails.
