  • 200 ml White wine
  • 2 small Shallots
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 4 slices Crusty bread

    Clean and debeard mussels. Discard any that don't close.
