- 500 g Beef sirloin
- 1 large Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 small Jalapeño
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Niter kibbeh or butter
- 1 pinch Salt & pepper

Cut beef into small cubes.

Sear beef in very hot spiced butter until browned.

Add onion, garlic, jalapeño. Sauté 3 min.
