  • 500 g Beef sirloin
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 small Jalapeño
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Niter kibbeh or butter
  • 1 pinch Salt & pepper

    Cut beef into small cubes.

    Sear beef in very hot spiced butter until browned.
