- 800 g Chicken thighs
- 80 ml Soy sauce
- 80 ml White vinegar
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 3 pieces Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Brown chicken in oil. Remove.

Sauté garlic. Add soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns, sugar.

Return chicken. Simmer covered 25 min.

Uncover and reduce sauce until thick and glossy.
