  • 60 g Rice vermicelli
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 12 leaves Fresh mint
  • 1 small Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
