  • 400 g Chickpeas
  • 2 medium Sweet potato
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 250 g Basmati rice

    Sauté diced onion and garlic. Add curry powder and cook 1 minute.
