- 400 g Chickpeas
- 2 medium Sweet potato
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 100 g Spinach
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 250 g Basmati rice
作り方

Sauté diced onion and garlic. Add curry powder and cook 1 minute.

Add cubed sweet potato and coconut milk. Simmer 15 minutes.
