- 80 g Breadcrumbs
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 large Egg
- 200 ml Marinara sauce
- 80 g Mozzarella
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Pound chicken to even thickness. Dip in egg, then breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
