  • 250 g Firm tofu
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Yellow curry paste
  • 1 medium Potatoes
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 20 g Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 200 g Jasmine rice

    Press and cube tofu. Pan-fry until golden.
