  • 600 g Beef short ribs (flanken cut)
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 medium Asian pear
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 300 g Steamed rice
