  • 12 sheets Spring roll wrappers
  • 150 g Red lentils
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Berbere spice
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil

作り方

    Cook lentils until soft. Drain excess water.

    Sauté onion, garlic, ginger. Add berbere and cooked lentils. Cool.
