- 2 pieces (250g each) Ribeye steak
- 300 g Baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 sprigs Fresh thyme

Let steaks come to room temperature. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Halve potatoes, toss with olive oil, rosemary. Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes.
