- 3 pieces Pita bread
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika

Roast whole eggplant at 220°C for 30 minutes until collapsed.

Scoop flesh, mix with tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
