  • 1.5 L Beef broth
  • 250 g Beef sirloin
  • 250 g Rice noodles
  • 3 whole Star anise
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 80 g Bean sprouts
  • 10 leaves Thai basil
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 medium Lime

    Simmer broth with star anise, cinnamon for 30 min. Strain.

    Slice beef paper thin against the grain.
