Ingredients
- 800 g Beef chuck
- 500 ml Red wine
- 100 g Bacon
- 200 g Pearl onions
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 3 medium Carrots
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 300 ml Beef broth
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 2 pieces Bay leaves

Cube beef and brown in batches. Set aside.
