- 250 g Beef sirloin
- 250 g Rice noodles
- 3 whole Star anise
- 1 piece Cinnamon stick
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 80 g Bean sprouts
- 10 leaves Thai basil
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 medium Lime
